Today you’ll have a look in my food diary! This is what I eat on a normal schoolday. Of course I eat different things every day, this was just one day of the week
09:30 – I always start the day with a glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon. It kickstarts your metabolism and it has many health benefits, you should try it!
10:00 – School starts at 12.15 today so I slept until late and that also means a late breakfast! This was a bowl of teff, almond milk, cacao powder, blueberries, cashews and shaved coconut. Really refreshing!
13:00 – I always prepare my lunch for school in the morning. This morning I made sandwiches with spelt bread and smoked salmon. Easy, delicious, healthy!
16:00 – I always crave something sweet when I come back from school. Today I cut one apple into slices, put some cinnamon on top and I took a spoonful of peanut butter to dip the apple slices in!
19:00 – Yay, today my favourite meal ever is on the menu! Whole wheat spaghetti with vegetables in tomato sauce and parmesan cheese on top. This has been my favourite meal since I was a little kid, and I still really enjoy it!
21:00 – Before bed I always eat something, otherwise I’ll wake up hungry and that’s not fun. This night I chose to eat a questbar ‘mint chocolate chunk’ and a bowl with dried fruit and grapes. Perfect to end the day with
